If I stick to this then I can not fail.

Starting weight: 116.6kg !!!!!! why oh why oh why!!!! (9/2/2012)

5kg loss - woo hoo!!! 5.3 total as of 12/3/2012 to be exact
26/3- 109.8kg
02/4- 108.8kg
09/4- 107.8kg
16/4- 108.2kg
23/4- 107.8kg AGAIN! Come on get these figures down :-)

10kg loss - Actually 11KG LOSS!!
30/4- 105.6kg!!!
07/5- 105.4kg
14/5- 105.3kg
21/5- 105.2kg

1/ Exercise Goal- I will run 5km without stopping by beginning of May

2/ Weight Goal- I will lose 5kgs by 14/2 Achieved this 12/3

3/ Weight Goal- I will be wearing a Size 14 dress to Hayley and James's wedding. (if not smaller)

4/ Weight Goal- I will be wearing swimmers confidently in Spring/Summer 2012/2013

5/ Exercise Goal - Master those damn Burpees!!!! ASAP!!!

6/ Exercise Goal - Compete in first fun run

7/ Life Goal - become a Learn to Swim Coach
