1/ Exercise Goal- I will run 5km without stopping by beginning of May

2/ Weight Goal- I will lose 5kgs by 14/2 Achieved this 12/3

3/ Weight Goal- I will be wearing a Size 14 dress to Hayley and James's wedding. (if not smaller)

4/ Weight Goal- I will be wearing swimmers confidently in Spring/Summer 2012/2013

5/ Exercise Goal - Master those damn Burpees!!!! ASAP!!!
