Awesome Clean Eating Sites

I don't know if anyone else has found The Gracious Pantry on Facebook but I love it.

    Have you linked in to the Ashy Bines website. I am umming and ahing about it. I have 600g to lose until my initial goal and 4.6 to my big goal. Is it worth it?

    Hmmmm yes I am and I am still undecided if it is worth the money. Though I guess it has done me well as I have lost 11kgs from following her guidelines. You are on the right track with your eating and maybe you just need to change it up a bit. I think that the principles Ashy puts out is fantastic and she has a lot of successful girls, myself included. I think though that it has gotten bigger then Ben Hur and needs to be changed up a bit. Maybe moved to a web based forum site.
    The support from the ladies on there is massive and we all share recipes and exercise stuff and I guess that alone is worth the money. It does get a little tedious and repetitive as new girls come into the forum and the questions asked could be answered if they used the search option. You have to scroll a fair bit to see anything of interest to yourself. Also as it is mainly us girls in there some of teh information given can be wrong and it becomes a bit like chinese whispers. The original answer was right but as it gets passed around the forum it gets a bit distorted.
    I think if you have an amazing support network already then you could get the nutritional info from a James Duigan book or other clean eating sites and make google and the net your friend.
    I don't know if that was helpful but I am sort of the jury is still out as to whether I think it is worth the coin. I find I am not utilising it as much anymore as it is just a messy shambles and I google more.
